Tamara Mohammed, MS, RMHCI

With over 5 years experience,Tamara has had experience working with children, adolescents and adults in groups as well as one on one services. Tamara has also worked in the areas of substance abuse and addiction. In addition to maintaining a private practice, she contracts with local agencies providing onsite counseling services to school-aged children as well as Targeted Case Management services to children ages 0-17 at risk of being placed in more restrictive settings. Tamara takes a client-centered approach, with a belief that counseling a a partnership with a goal of helping you achieve your personal best.

Sarah Meltzer, MS

Sarah is a graduate of Barry University's Adrian Dominican School of Education in Orlando, Florida earning a Master's of Science degree in Counseling. She has over 3,000 hours of experience providing counseling services to couples, families and individuals. Sarah has also worked with children ages 2 to 17 in the areas of crisis treatment and long-term case planning. She works with the family as a whole, opening up lines of communication and assisting everyone with changes and adjusting to new changes.
