Insurance
Some reimbursement may be offered through your health insurance or employee benefit plan (EAP) There are a few questions that may need to be answered to know if your insurance covers services:
1) Does my health insurance cover behavioral health?
2) Do I have a deductible? Has it been met?
3) Do I need approval from my primary care physician?
4) How many sessions are covered per year, how much is reimbursed per session?
5) Do I have out of network benefits?

Reduced Fee
Reduced fees are available on a sliding scale to those who qualify. Also, fee reduction is offered to clients who prepay for a month in advance. Call for more information to see if you qualify!
Payment
Cash, Check, Money Order and Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex & Discover) are all accepted forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you will be missing your appointment to avoid incurring the late cancellation fee (full session hour). Exceptions are made on a case by case basis (i.e. emergencies).
